Born in Managua, Nicaragua — a country where political turbulence has long tested the imagination of its youth — I learned early that creativity can be an act of survival. Now based in Los Angeles, my work bridges meticulous craft with research-driven design.
Currently I lead design development and construction documentation for residential and ADU projects across California. My work focuses on managing permit applications, developing standardized mapping protocols, and analyzing zoning codes while maintaining design integrity from schematic design through construction phases. I coordinate with consultants, engineers, and county officials to resolve technical issues and deliver construction-ready documentation.
A graduate of the California College of the Arts with honors, I have contributed to projects at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, and post-wildfire rebuilding efforts in Greenville and the Palisades. Alongside the built work, the index carries proposals and studio projects — a market hall for a burned town, housing along the Central Valley rail, a tower in Ginza, a ridge city above Managua. My expertise includes Revit family creation, construction document production, and leading coordination across multidisciplinary teams — balancing design intent with technical precision at every scale.
